Want to know what it’s like being a volunteer on an Exousia Abroad trip?

Volunteers are at the heart of what we do what we do here at Exousia. With the help of many volunteers over the years we have managed to reach in excess of 2500 people with our education program.

Jen left her busy Sydney nutrition clinic in good hands as she joined us in Myanmar in September of 2017.

She was an integral part of the team and had the opportunity to leverage her expertise and experience (and add her unique style and passion) to help deliver health and nutrition content to hundreds of emerging healthcare professionals and rural communities.

Here is an excerpt of what she had to say about her experience.

This work is such a privilege and I’m bursting with pride to be part of this incredible work.

This (day) has been one of my favorite days to be a Nutritionist. Almost 5 years of total study and 6 years of private practice helped develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to get here.

Thank you again Exousia Australia for organising this incredible opportunity, and for allowing me to be part of it.

Jen
